- 1h on the ground (bases of theory and evidence of wing on the beach)
- 1h in water (use of sup and sup + wing).

DAY 1
- 1h on the ground (bases of theory and evidence of wing on the beach)
- 1h in water (use of sup and sup + wing)
DAY 2
- 1h and a half in water (sup+wing o foil+wing)
DAY 3
- 1h and a half in water (foil + wing).
COST:
